Increased error rates on Management API and web application

From approximately 9:35 UTC to 9:52 UTC, some users experienced elevated error rates on Management API requests. In addition, some features of the web application may have been slow or unavailable. The issue was identified by our monitoring systems and our engineers took immediate action to resolve the issue. We will continue to monitor the situation.
