Spike in errors on Delivery and Management APIs

Some customers experienced a spike in errors for a few mins between 14:50 and 14:55 UTC. These occurred on uncached delivery requests (to CDA and GraphAPI) as well as Content Management API. We have identified the cause of the issue and don't expect any further impact.
