Some Content Delivery API responses missing fields when using the select operator

A change to the Content Delivery API resulted in some API responses missing data for 1.5 hours (08:19 UTC to 10:09 UTC). This change has been reverted and responses should be normal now. Customers who use the `select` and `includes` operators may need to trigger a cache invalidation if they continue to see issues due to cached responses.
